This high amylose content can produce edible films flexible and strong because the amylose structure can form hydrogen bonds between glucose molecules into a three-dimensional network that can trap water so that when heating produces a strong gel [19].
This is because the addition will increase the stretching of the intermolecular space of the edible film matrix structure (increase flexibility) and decrease the number of hydrogen bonds (reduce fragility).

The structure and properties of iron-rich magnesia-spinel composite prepared using sintered iron-rich magnesia and MgO-rich spinel for burning zone of cement rotary kiln were analyzed.
At high temperature, Fe3+ diffused into the grain of periclase of MgO-rich spinel and was precipitated in the from of magnesioferrite during cooling, which strengthened the structure flexibility of MgO-rich spinel.
As shown in Fig.3 (d), in high temperature, a Mg(Al,Fe)2O4 composite spinel reaction rim between hercynite particle and magnesia powder was generated by inter-diffusion reaction of Fe3+ and Mg2+, Fe3+ diffused into the intragranular of periclase and was precipitated in the form of fine-grained MF during cooling, and the center of hecynite still retained the original structure [2].
As shown in Fig.3 (f), MF was precipitated in all the intragranular of periclase in small particle MgO-rich spinel, which also strengthened the structure flexibility of MgO-rich spinel because the thermal expansion coefficient of MF is less than that of periclase.

Besides, La dopant in the BNT structure reduced the grain size by suppressing the grain growth as well as enhancing the densification process [4].
This is a strong indication that La dopant was successfully doped into the BNT structure and caused lattice distortion.
The presence of this secondary phase indicated the solubility of La dopant in the host BNT structure reached its limit at 10 mol%.
