An SEM micrograph of such a laminated structure is seen in Figure 5.
Studies of other types of laminated structures are in progress including: (i) Laminated structures of silicon nitride based materials.
SEM micrograph of a laminated structure of TiN and Al2O3 (a), and a structure containing layers of the composition (TiN)x(Al2O3)1-x with x ranging from 1 to 0 (b).

This study demonstrated the potential utility of OCT for performing quality assurance tests and for tracking the physical effects of degradation upon biomedical implants due to its ability to rapidly render easily interpreted images of sub-surface structure in a non-destructive manner.
It is important to non-destructively evaluate the surface and internal structure of coatings for implant quality assurance (QA), and to monitor degradation of coatings for post-surgery implant assessment.
The nHA was synthesized using a wet chemistry precipitation method followed by hydrothermal treatment [18].
Effects of Degradation upon Coatings and Mg Substrate Structure Photographic images only showed changes to the external surface of the coated and non-coated substrates (Figure 2).
OCT was able to visualize these sub-surface changes in coating and substrate structures that were otherwise not readily apparent by other methods such as SEM.

From the sulfate ions, ambient temperature and humidity of service environment as well as local climate characteristics, key components of building structures suffered great risk of sulfate attack should be inspected well and master the property of cement-based material, and then evaluate the risk of sulfate attack.
The physical chemistry action to the degradation of the structural material and concrete components during the aggressive environment was ranked third by P.K.Mehta in the second international conference on the durability of concrete in 1991[8].
(ii) Humidity, temperature, concentration of CO2 and SO2 in atmosphere around or within the structure as well as concrete components whether contact with water, etc.
(iii) Concrete components of hydraulic architecture, those in splash zone especially, such as harbor, dam, over-water buildings, and marine structures.

It is a crystallize in the B1 Sodium Chloride (NaCl structure).
Especially AlTiSiN are promote the generation of protective layer, because of their nano crystalline structure.being the best because of its better nano-crystalline structure [64].

They are also the fluid channelling structure system of metallogenic period, but some obvious activities occurred after mineralization.
In ore structure, massive, banded and brecciated structure are major, followed by veinlet, miarolitic, spotted, lumpy, secondary leached, etc.
From the center to the both sides, crystalline degree of the ore body reduces gradually, meanwhile, ore structure transformed from massive, banded and miarolitic structure to brecciated and veinlet structure. 5.

(2) Traditionally, these familiar relationships pertain to different boundary structures.
This particle structure coarsens during annealing and consequently so does the subgrain structure.
[19], and for an extension to cover ultra-fine grain structures see Nes et al. [16].
However, since the scale of the as-annealed subgrain structure is relatively course compared to the deformation induced cell structure resulting from only a few % strain, the assumption here is that this as-annealed structure will affect the microstructural storage pattern only through its effect on the statistical slip-length, as explained in the following

In contrast, fibrous CNT structures cause a shear thinning behavior (Fig. 1, right).
The amplitude image (10 x 10 µm section) shows elongated structures.
The structures show a length of up to 4 µm.
Using force mode the fibrous CNT structures were cracked into shorter sections.
