And the concept of "Industrial economic belt of high-grade highways" was introduced in the General Introduction of Industrial-economic belt of high-grade highways and development along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province [3], and its specific function and role profiles of was discussed, and on this basis, a number of targeted recommendations has been made for future development of Industrial-economic belt along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province with practice.

If specimen fractured within the specified number of cycles, the test was treated as LCF-test and used for fatigue curve determination.
Tensile strength under monotonic loading may be treated as a fracturing maximum stress with unit number of cycles.
Also it was assumed that residual tension strength decreases linearly through the number of cycles due to damage accumulation.

The metallographic structure of the tee was ferrite and pearlite, and the grain size of the tee was 9.5, the nonmetallic type was thin A0.5, B1.0 and D0.5, there were no excessive defects in the tee material.
Analysis on Cause of Internal Corrosion The above test and analysis results show that the corrosion condition of the inner wall of was very severe, and there are numbers of etch pits on it.
There were numbers of cracks started form the bottom of some etch pits of the weld on the inner wall, and show a characteristic of SSC cracking.
The formation water composition analysis results show that there are a number of sulfate reducing bacteria in it, and the content is as much as 7000 individual/ml.

The results show that
the process of phase transfer of TiO2 from anatase to rutile was promoted by doping Fe, 1.5%
Fe
3+-doped TiO2 nanoparticles formed many defects at grain boundaries, inhibited effectively the
recombination of the photoproduced e-/h+, improved the efficiency of photons, enhanced the
absorbing water function of catalyst, and 1.5% Fe
3+-doped TiO2 revealled strongly absorption in UV
and widened obviously absorption in Vis.
Since the radius Fe 3+ and Ti4+ for coordination number 6 are 0.79A and 0.75A, respectively[11], it is easy for Fe 3+ ions to cooperate with the matrix of the TiO2 particles without causing a significant crystalline distortion.
