Films with various thicknesses and consisting of many kinds of materials such as Si, GaAs, GaP, InP, GaAsP and GaInAsP have been prepared by CVD processes.
Polycrystalline silicon is presently one of the best materials for application in photovoltaic energy conversion [1].

The complex oxide K2О·nTiO2 represents a layered material from the scaly form nano-crystals with 20-80 nm thick and "diameter" 280 nm.
Introduction At present, on the basis of research in materials science, tribology, physics and chemistry of surface phenomena, thermodynamic of irreversible processes, crystal chemistry, colloidal chemistry, the theory of dissipative structures are opened up a great opportunity to create of a new composite materials and coatings possessing unique physical and mechanical properties [1-3].
Obviously, this solution to obtain a composite coating is allows you to get a materials with a low friction coefficient on steel samples and onto solid lubricating coatings, to provide the increase abrasion resistance and, hence, increase the service life of these coatings.

The recent development of nanoparticles in commercial media has great attention due to uniformity and stability of the materials.
The value of Eg increases after encapsulation due to the diminished size of nanoparticles that confines the supercages of the host materials [8, 20].
