The mechanical properties of the Ti-15-3 alloy are largely dependent on the microstructures, chemical composition and prior working history.
In addition, the strength of β alloys is strongly affected by the homogeneous and fine precipitation of α phase and the refinement of β grains [4].
Attention was paid to the specimen showed changes in fracture features in different stress intensity factor range △K and/or stress ratio.

In the process of blank forming , due to the adhesive force of shale is small, so the blank forming is mainly depend on the interaction between mechanical extrusion pressure and body moisture and various minerals. As the larger stress difference form blank outer surface and body interior, the body will crack. The results show that, the temperature is an important factor to control the formation of cracks in the brick body, so the body in the process of burning the temperature control is particularly important.
These cracks will further increase in the roasting stage, will greatly affect the compressive strength of the brick body.So in the adobe drying must choose a reasonable temperature program, which not only can control the number of cracks effectively, but also improve the quality of bricks.
To prevent the cracks appear at this stage, to ensure that the basic properties of brick.

Moreover, evident shape distortion appears after unloading for the poor shape holding ability, and seriously affects the geometric accuracy of workpieces.
The factor of complex changes during the course of friction was ignored.
Uniaxial tensile tests were conducted to reveal the mechanical and forming properties of TC1Mδ1.45 respectively in the 0º, 45º and 90º direction from the RD, elastic modulus(E) were 126.9GPa, 113.4 GPa and 105.7GPa , Poisson’s Ratios(μ) were 0.33,0.31 and 0.29, yield stresses were 684.8 Mpa, 608.6MPa and 535.3MPa, normal anisotropy coefficient (r) were 1.09, 1.70 and 1.65, the average strain hardening index (n) was 0.093, the coefficient K in stress strain curve was 892.1MPa.

Figure 1: Ekranoplane of “Combined Wing” Figure 2: Ekranoplane of «Tandem» configuration and ASP at approach The control system of ekranoplane should ensure its given trajectory and improve dynamic properties.
The factor of recalculation can be determined under the Frude’s formula as a cubic root of the relation of weights, that is (2000 / 400) 1/3 = 1.71.
In this case, ASP as compared with MAKS project obtains less mechanical energy, but in recalculation to the attainable final velocity this loss does not exceed a few percents [4, 5].
Taking into account the above requirements, the arrangement of mechanical mating elements for connection and disconnection of ASP with ekranoplane can be drawn out as it shown in Fig. 3.
Secondly, the wind gusts will affect both ASP and ekranoplane in the same direction and the relative motion control error will be smaller.

It can negatively impact mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and other useful physical properties of materials.
Complexity of the shape of the cast product can also affect instrument of choice or even make physical measurement more difficult.
Numerical modeling is useful to foundry engineers in knowing beforehand the condition of final cast product, in terms of controlling its mechanical properties, microstructural evolutions and grain morphologies, thus, improves the quality of casting.
The grid refinement factor r is greater than 1.3 as recommended by Celik et al [15].
The thermophysical properties of materials used in this work are those given in Reference 1 and 8 for Al-4.5%Cu.

Furthermore, different information depths of this wide band gap semiconductor material could be assessed due to the inherent properties of each profiling method.
This performance requirement can be either met by highly demanding trench etch and refill processes [1] in charge-compensated silicon super-junction power devices [2] or by a change to wide band gap materials with their superior material properties [3] in device manufacturing.
(2) Due to the variety of different possible cleaving planes in 4H-SiC, cross-sections were prepared by a grinding step followed by chemical mechanical polishing with diamond particles in different grain sizes and a Syton SF1 finish, which resulted in a sub-nanometer surface roughness (Fig. 3a).
Our measurements were performed under ultra-high vacuum (UHV) conditions, which enabled us to simultaneously acquire topographic images (Fig. 3a), due to the high Q-factor of the first and second resonance frequency of the PtIr-coated Nanosensors PPP-NCLPt cantilever optimized for dynamic mode operation.
In KPFM, the measured CPD = (ϕs-ϕt)/q allows for drawing conclusions about the dopant dependent work function of the inspected sample, while in EFM, the charge carrier concentration of the sample affects the magnitude of the amplitude signal.

Among those contaminants, SS and PP are particulate contaminants, which have stable physical and chemical properties, and are trapped mainly by sedimentation, which is efficient to reduce outflow concentration.
Analyzing the results above, concentration effect depends on the property of contaminants.
The retention features differ according to the contaminant property.

Investigation of Grease Lubrication Effects on The Fretting Wear Behavior of Ball Bearings Siming Wang1, a, Hongli Gao1, b, Mingheng Xu1, c 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu 610031, China awsm_814@163.com, b13666190615@163.com, cmhxu@163.com Keywords: ball bearing; grease lubrication; fretting wear Abstract.
In the case of automotive wheel bearing against the backdrop of fretting wear caused by rail transport at ‘70s in the US, the ASTM D4170 test was developed in order to select grease having a good fretting protection property [4].
The main parameters that affect the repair capacity of grease are the oscillation angle and contact load.

The present work is concerned with the main factors influencing the stability of metastable austenite in such a steel.
A step towards understanding the factors responsible for the variation in the behaviour observed is the main contribution of this work.
Two main factors influence the martensitic transformation kinetics for a given composition; the grain size and the interstitial impurities [5, 14].
This could lead towards a better understanding of the factors responsible for the variation in the behaviour observed.
