We noticed that all the samples were crystallized into single-phase solid solutions of perovskite structure.
For pure BaTiO3, phase transformation from tetragonal to cubic structure occurs near to 120 oC [15,16].
The tetragonal structure stems from development of a polar axis along the [100] direction.
A single-phase perovskite structure of the BTS ceramics was identified by x-ray diffraction measurements.
Moreover, samples with x≥0.12 have cubic structure even on room temperature.
