On the basis of the remarkable physical properties and the versatile applications of the ZnO material, a number of 1D ZnO nanomaterials with different morphologies such as wires [5], rods [6], needles [7], columns [8], towers [9], belts [10], nails [11], helices [12], combs [13], and Tetrapod [14] have been successfully synthesized.
The FTIR spectrum has been recorded using a SHIMADZU FTIR – 8400S spectrometer in the wave number range of 400 - 4000 cm-1.
The grain size of as prepared nano particles is found to be 41 nm.
Zinc oxide, with a high surface reactivity owing to a large number of native defect sites arising has emerged to be an efficient photocatalyst material compared to other metal oxides [25-27].

During experiments with vacuum carburization, it was observed that an inappropriately managed treatment causes the appearance of carbide clusters on the edge of steel grains (cementite network).
Material and thermal processing Selecting steel was based on the need to include the biggest possible number of alloy elements, which affect the course of vacuum carburization in a significant way. 180 cylindrical samples (diameter 27 mm, height 10 mm) made of steel were used as research material (EN 18CrNi8, EN 20CrMnTi, EN 18CrNiMo7-6).
In the temperature of 1223 K, the biggest numbers of carbide clusters were noticed in the samples of EN 18CrNi8.
EN 18CrNiMo7-6 contained the greatest number of molybdenum (0.33%); thereby it formed more carbides of this element.

The development of primary industries generates a considerable number of plant by-products that can be recovered for this purpose.

It can also be interesting to select carefully the aggregates before their mixing with a specific binder, for example, according to the amount of lignin content and /or soluble components (Delannoy, 2018). 3 TREATMENTS APPLIED TO BIOMASS The studies dealing with the chemical treatment of aggregates or fibers before their mixing with the binder have shown a large number of methods with many treatment agents and operating conditions.
A large number of simple sugars are water-soluble and therefore easily removable under these simple conditions.
A number of methods for anticipating adverse effects have been discussed in this paper.

The thickness of film deposited on ITO glass substrate can be controlled by varying the number of scans used in electrochemistry method.
Even all films in this study were deposited with the same number of five scans, the thickness were varied for each material.
As reported by Carquigny et al. [19] and Viau et al. [6], electrolyte solvent did affect the thickness of organic polymer thin film deposited by electrochemical polymerization even with the same number of scan.
Formation of defects and grain boundary during film deposition acted as free electron trap centers and highly occurs in thinner film fabrication thus reducing charge mobility.
