As the number of the drill’s rotation per unit time increased, the frequency of the scratching action and repeated abrasive damage caused by the hard carbon fibres to the cutting tool also increased per unit time.
The damage and delamination at the exit of the drilled hole is often seen to be the most critical problem since it is the most affected region in drilling CFC due to the strength of the layers becoming weak as the number of layers to be drilled decreases.
Higher cutting speed and feed rate are usually deployed when time and production rate are critical in order to machine the CFCs so that a higher number of parts can be machined within a short time.
However, the tool was able to maintain its hardness and strength when it was pre-cooled and operated at cutting temperature much below 0˚C due to the sustainment and stability of the binder particles and grains within its structure [16], [18].

To work and develop more this subject is necessary, because as everyone knows Brazil need to improve a lot its roads, primarily and in special the vicinal ones, they are the way of all the agricultural wealth that have been being lost frequently as wasting grains along the path.
Dozens of laboratory equipaments industries Market their own model, with little variation fo color, location of load positioning, engine power, etc., but essentialy similar, because they need to keep there characteristics like number of cycles, load capacity, width and length of the road and others, thet need to be the same as the first one, because they need to be adequate to the standard.
Thus, the test made with asphaltic materials using the LWT can be easily adapted to our case, basically consisting in replacing the recommended material by the soil stabilized and submitted to the action of “come and go” standard wheel movement, under load and cycle numbers fixed conditions, simulating what happens in the site field and concomitantly providing us conditions to evaluate stabilized soil performance.
Results The results presented below from blocks T15, T16 e T19 related to soils and enzymes, refer to the number of LWT wheel passes exactly when the tablet reaches the collapse (impassable); they are grouped by block and tables displaying the alternative specimens and their copies.

After 3h later, the Ca2+ and Al3+ of within the GGBFS was gradually dissolved in the cement paste and response with it, The  reaction generated a large number of hydration products making the  cement paste  gradually lost their mobility [4] . 2.2 The effect of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the setting time Fig. 3 describes the effect of the superplasticizer content on the setting time.
When adding admixtures into the cement, the chain anionic groups (such as-COO-, -SO3--) of Superplasticizer molecular chain reactive with the Ca2+ of the cement hydration products occur to complex, thereby reducing the alkalinity of the slurry. it affected the crystal morphology of ettringite, made ettringite of grain refinement.
At the hydration 3d of the 0%, the PG surface was surrounded by a large number of ettringite and a small amount of CSH gel, the ettringite morphology is 1 ~ 2μm slender needle, CSH gel number is small, the paste has lots of gap.

The analysis of amplitude of chatter during machining indicates that noticeable chatter appears in the system when the chip serration frequency is equal to or integer multiple of the prominent natural frequency of the system components. 1.0 Introduction High metal removal rate with a desired quality of surface finish, which is the ultimate objective in machining, depends on a large number of factors, that include chip-tool interaction, cutting temperature, wear mechanism and wear rate, cutting force, chatter and dynamics behavior of the machine tool system.
Though there has been a large number of works on identifying the causes of chatter and its behavior there is still no congruence of opinion on this very vital issue of machining.
The frequency of the secondary serrated teeth formation, Fc, in the cases of turning and thread cutting operations was calculated knowing the length of the portion of the chip in the SEM pictures, L, the coefficient of chip shrinkage, K (determined by dividing the uncut chip length by the actual chip length), cutting speed, V m/min and the number of serrated teeth, n, observed on the SEM picture; using the following formula: Fc )(60 1000 LK nV = [Hz] (1) 3.1.1 Analysis of Chips Produced in Turning and Thread cutting Sample SEM photographs of the top view of the chips formed during these two operations are presented sequentially with necessary micro-sections of some of the chips to have a clear understanding of the mechanism of serrated chip formation.
Apart from these visible serrated teeth, marks of shear of grains running across the whole width of the chip are also observed.

Both materials were of uniform structure and average grain sizes were generally observed to be in the range 1-2µm and 1-5 µm for Ce-TZP and YCPZ respectively.
The load amplitude, together with the number of cycles was recorded on a chart recorder.

The relationship between hydrogen and poly silicon have been well studied in fin-type double-gate MOSFETs (FinFETs) process [10], in which hydrogen annealing technique is used for getting FinFETs with higher mobility by improving roughness of poly grain due to high surface migration rate.

SEM modeled JSM-5600 LV working at 20kV was used to understand the grain size and morphology of the nano-CeO2 products. 3.
Fig. 2 FT-IR spectra of the precursors Fig.3 FT-IR spectra of the products The strong absorption band around 890cm-1 in Fig.3 and the band around 855cm-1 in Fig.2 were both assigned to Ce-O stretching vibration, with the shift of wave number from 855 to 890cm-1 that indicated possibly the product ( Fig.3) were pure inorganic CeO2 species in finer particles, compared to the precursors ( Fig.2).

Number of studies conducted on commercial aluminum-based composite systems revealed a decreased in ductility with an increase in crack initiation (stress accumulation) sites, such as the amount of TiB2 particulates[19,20].
microstructure showed grains of Al particles surrounded by TiB2 particles, as shown in Figs. 2(a,c,e) but at the center of compact as seen in Figs. 2(b, d, f) a region showed a uniformly distributed TiB2 in the aluminum matrix.
