Abstract.
In the preheat step at 60oC, the structure of PLA is loosened as its Tg is about 60°C [6], the dye molecules then can access into the fiber and the dyeing is commenced to some degree, as a result, PLA dyeing can be completed with a shorter dyeing time at 110oC.
