Introduction
Electro-arc machining process is applying electro arcing to remove the workpicec materials [1], including arc dimensional machining (ADM) [2], electrochemical arc machining (ECAM) [3], blasting erosion arc machining (BEAM) [1], electro-melting-explosion [4], short electric arc machining (SEAM ) [5], etc.
In electro-arc machining, electrical discharges between electrode and workpiece is used to remover materials, which is the same as conventional EDM.
