The development of new, advanced engineering materials and the need for precise flexible prototypes and low volume production have made Micro-EDM and important manufacturing process to meet such demands.
New improved electrode materials, especially graphite, can work on high currents without much damage [6].

On the basis of different R groups, composite materials will generate corresponding characteristics.
Therefore, in order to better analyze the deformation mechanism of polymer materials, molecular mechanics method is adopted to simulate the mechanical behavior of materials.

Material type, surface area, flatness of contact surfaces, configuration, fan requirements are some of the factors that determines the heat sink performances.
Due to its high thermal conductivity, low cost, low weight and ease in manufacturability, aluminum is the most preferred material compared to copper.
The material for the plate is defined as aluminum and air at 25oC is chosen as the fluid for the present study.

At present, the main utilization ways of CCW are production of building materials, using as chemical raw materials, mineral processing ingredients and materials for waste treatment [1-3].
However, little theory of pipeline transportation of thick-paste like materials can be referred.
Material characteristics of pumping concrete and mineral backfilling materials are different from that of CCW.
Study on rheological properties and frictional resistance of pipeline transport high concentration and viscous materials [D].

By integrated use of calculation method of Maxwll-Eucken model, Series model and equivalent thermal conductivity of multi-layer materials, thermal conductivity calculation formula of diffusion layer is derived.
Thermal conductivity of the diffusion layer relates to the thermal conductivities of the two adjacent layer materials and the degree of their interdiffusion.
