Amongst various thermoelectric materials which have been studied, CoSb3 has an appropriate band gap, high carrier mobility, and thermal stability.
Experimental Procedure Co and Sb, 99.95 wt.% purity, were used as the starting materials for preparing Co/Sb diffusion couples.

Its soft PSD was made of mesh amide fiber/epoxy material.
PSD mainly has two forms,the soft and the hard.Hard PSD mainly includes ceramics mode,metal piece mode,non-metallic materials support mode.Soft PSD mainly includes radial direction and axial direction.
