A final annealing treatment was carried out at 750 °C for 1 hour in vacuum.
The alloy composition is listed in Table 1 and the photograph of 14Cr ODS-FeCrAl cladding tubes is shown in Fig.1.

Ho2O3 and TiO2 powders were used in the molar ratios of 1:2, 3:4 and 1:1 to produce sintered oxide pellets of composition Ho2+xTi2-xO7-x/2 (x=0, 0.4 and 0.67) (or Ho2Ti2O7, Ho1.5TiO4.25 and Ho2TiO5), respectively.
