We should good at using the appropriate technology to solve some of the geotechnical issues related to geotechnical engineering construction sitting in geotechnical engineering, construction process of the environmental and make it is more in line with environmental requirements.
If not satisfied, on the engineering construction we should take all effective measures to protect the environment in which the geological geotechnical engineering to minimize adverse effects on the environment, to meet the needs of sustainable urban development.
It is an application of engineering, is sociology too.

Shenzhen, China 2 Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) Civil Engineering Department, Weihai, China alinyangzi1999@126.com, btanghaihong@126.com, cjiny@szmedi.com.cn KEYWORDS: Reinforced Concrete Bridge; Time-dependent Analysis; Shear Capability; Simply-supported Beam ABSTRACT: The time-dependent parameters correction model related to shear capability of reinforced concrete (RC) component was analyzed and established on the basis of present time-varying model of resistance parameters of RC bridge.
When the simulation number is large enough, the general engineering requirements can be met then [9, 10].
The feasibility and applicability of the method mentioned above have been proved by the real engineering.
The results could be referenced for other similar structural engineering, and also laid the foundation for further durability analysis of prestressed concrete bridge.
