In recent years, post-selenization of metallic precursors prepared from a single ternary target is an attracting route to fabricate chalcopyrite-structure Cu(In,Ga)Se2 thin films [9-11].
It is clearly seen that the as-sputtered precursor, exhibiting a rough structure, contains two kinds of characteristic microstructures, island-type and matrix grains, which are denoted as A and B, respectively.
The 350 ˚C annealed precursor shown in Fig. 2(e) exhibits featureless nodular structures with irregular hollow shape, which indicates the occurrence of a phase transition, reinforcing the vanished phase, Cu9Ga4, by GIXRD in Fig. 1.
The as-sputtered CuInGa film exhibited a rough structure of the surface in which island-type crystals were imbedded in the matrix area.

It is known that pHpzc (and also pHiep) of solids depends on the synthesis process, stoichiometry (that of the surface particularly), crystal structure, degree of surface hydration (related to thermal treatment), and the presence of impurities.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Crystal structure analyses, made by X-ray diffraction, prove all alumina samples to be well crystallized (Fig. 1).
