Micro-milling operation is suitable for accomplishing a micro scale structure, but it also causes several problem such as surface defects, poor edge finish, comparatively large burrs and it is only ductile materials can be machined[5].
Grains has been coated on the rear face of micro milling cutter, during the machining process, the cutter could cut materials by milling first, then the grains on rear face of the cutter could grinding the finished surface.

In Artificial Wetland System Matrix Materials for the Purification of Wastewater Containing Lead Constructed wetland system in the matrix materials for the purification of wastewater containing lead effect is shown in Fig. 3.The experimental result shows, when access to 6 L/d for wastewater discharge, constructed wetland system for the removal of lead is 90.14%, when the flow is 14 L/d, the removal rate of lead is 82%.

Materials and methods Materials Rice materials used in this study was Nipponbare (Japanese variety, Japonica), Nacl and other reagents used for detecting were chemical purity grade, four levels of salt solutions with 0 mM (untreated control), 100, 150 and 200 mM NaCl were prepared by addition of the calculated amount of NaCl to water.
Determination of peroxidase activity 28 days-old seedlings were respectly treated with 0, 100, 150 and 200 mM NaCl, materials were collected after 3 days of treatment.
