These data indicate that the coating liquid was not sufficiently mixed with the surface of the propellant.
So, coating one layer on the propellant couldn’t meet the requirement of improving the coating quality of propellants. 3.2 Impact test results Table 1 is the impact test results of the inner and outer layers of the coated propellant at different temperatures, and Fig. 4 is made according to the data in the table 1.
Therefore, it is very important to doing interrupted-burning test on the coated propellant, the data obtained from the interrupted-burning test is also an significant basis for judging the coating effect.
It can be seen from table 3 that, with the reduction of the proportion of outer layer, the hole broken rate of coating propellants increases.

At the beginning we assume the power density level in each region and then we perform the burn-up calculation using the assumed data.
The burn-up calculation is performed using cell burn-up in SRAC code which then give eight energy group macroscopic cross section data to be used in two dimensional R-Z geometry multi groups diffusion calculation.
The Pu-239 atomic densities are then decrease slowly due to significant reduction of U-238 atomic densities.

The circular TLM data indicated a ρc of below 10-5 Ohm • cm2 with a sheet resistance of around 400 Ohm/sq.
(a) (b) Fig.1 Shows the contact resistance data (ρc) with (a) annealing process time 15 sec and (b) annealing process time 30 sec as a function of the annealing temperature and annealing time Figure 1 shows the contact resistance data (ρc) with (a) annealing process time 15 sec and (b) annealing process time 30 sec that determines the relationship of the samples.
With the increase in the annealing temperature and annealing time, a great deal of Al diffuses into the AlGaN surface and reacts with the Ti, resulting in a resistance reduction.

In opinion of authors mathematical models and limiting condition criterion initial data for development of a definition technique limiting condition of long-term working technical equipment

V – indirect (instrumental) characteristic index, АC – acoustic characteristics, PМ – proximate method limiting condition term.
The proved and chosen method of acoustic structuroscopy (АC), physicomechanical properties and also results of metallophysical research of steel (PМ) represents initial data for metal condition the acoustic characteristics to determinate.
It is established, to increase in size of local internal stress fields (average bending-torsion of a crystal lattice) there is a growth of time of SAW delay that explains relaxation of ultrasonic fluctuations sources (concentrators) internal stress fields, and with decrease in source density, reduction of bending-torsion of a crystal lattice and sizes of local internal stress fields the relaxation degree of ultrasonic fluctuations decreases also time of a delay of SAW falls.
Data of acoustic characteristic measurement gives a good concurrence to results of metalographic researches [7,8].

It can be heated to 2000℃ under neutral reduction atmosphere, and it is not stable in the O2 atmosphere which used below 1000℃.
The experiment equipments include the WE-100A type hydraulic universal testing machine, high temperature resistant pressure sensor, the DT-8857H type infrared thermometer, the YD-28A type dynamic resistance strain gauge, the high performance data collection and analysis equipment INV303/306.
According to the experiment data curve we know that when the mass ratio of hexagonal boron nitride is 2%, the best pressure transmission performance is achieved, and the performance drops whether the ratio increase or reduces.
In Fig 4, the test data show that the thickness of powder with the pressure transmission coefficient has positive correlation, which correspond with exponential model and put forward by Janssen, Meiwu.

It is well known [2] that semiconducting barium titanate can be produced by atmospheric reduction (forming oxygen vacancies) or by donor doping with trivalent ions (La3+, Y3+, Sb3+) on Ba-ion sites, or with heptavalent ions (Nb5+, Sb5+, Ta5+) on Ti-ion sites.
All impedance data were fitted to appropriate equivalent circuits using ZView Software (Scribner Associates, Inc.) [7].
A great strength of impedance spectroscopy lies in the fact that, with the appropriate data analysis, it is often possible to characterize the different electrically active regions in a material by demonstrating their existence and by measuring their individual electric properties [9-10].
The combination of the measured impedance data and results of the simulation performed with the help of electric equivalent circuit are given in Fig.3a and Fig.3b for the case of the whole frequency range (ν≤1MHz) and low frequency range (ν≤10kHz) small frequencies (ν≤10000Hz) respectively for different compositions.

The
confirmation of the highly ordered structure of pm-Si:H is given by the spectroscopic ellipsometry
fitting of the measured data with the Tauc-Lorentz model that is presented in Fig. 3.
These results were confirmed by the shift of the 480 cm-1 mode to higher energies and the reduction of its width in Raman spectroscopy [3]. 1800 1900 2000 2100 2200 pm-Si:H a-Si:H Absoprtion (a.u.)
Real <1> and imaginary <2> parts of the dielectric function of an a-Si:H and a pm-Si:H films, where the data were fitted with the Tauc-Lorentz function [7].
Concerning the optical gap, the measurements performed led to values equal to 1.8 eV and 1.7 eV respectively for pm-Si:H and a-Si:H films, agreeing so with the CH data.
