Variation of the TDS The total dissolved solid (TDS) of groundwater is the result of long-term evolution of the groundwater chemistry, reflecting the regional geochemical characteristics.
The results show that high detectable rate and high exceeding allowable limit rate of tri-nitrogen is due to fast urbanization processes of industrial development, agriculture adjustment, real estate development and population increase, which changes the structure areas severely, with the main performances of rapid expansion of urban land use scale and rapid disappear of ecological land use.

Introduction Chaotic phenomena have been observed in numerous fields of science such as physics, chemistry, biology and so on.
An interesting subject in chaos is to eliminate chaotic behaviors by control schemes [1-19], for example, feedback control [5-6], impulsive control [7-8], backstepping method [9], adaptive control [10-17], variable structure control [18], neural networks control, fuzzy control, etc.

The sewage sludge used in the experiment was collected from the Northern Sewage Treatment Plant in Shenyang city in April 2010,which had been treated through anaerobic digestion in moderate temperature and centrifugal dehydration, then the sewage sludge was composted for one year. The composted sewage sludge had a loose structure, small bulk density, which could be seen as a good fertilizer. The main properties of the soil and composted sewage sludge were presented in Table 1.
