Research of Organic/Inorganic Chromium-free Co-passivation Treatments for Galvanized Steel Qi Pana, Lin Wub, De-lian Yi, Zhao-hui Ou-yang, Dan Li, Xiang-nan Meng, De-ju Wang Applied Chemistry Research Institute, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430081, China aemail panqi5477@126.com, bemail wulin65@126.com Keywords: galvanized steel; co-passivation; corrosion resistence; waterborne epoxy resin Abstract.
Waterborne acrylic modified epoxy resin as the bonding material has advantages of both epoxy resin and acrylic resin, such as good adhesion, strong corrosion resistance, and no organic solvent that avoid the volatile organic compounds (VOL) pollution; chemical conversion film formed by phosphomolybdate has a good combination with substrate which improves the corrosion resistance of coating; network structure crosslinked by organic silane is the key of filler material in the coating and molecular bridge between the interface of inorganic and organic; the presence of additives guarantees the use of passivation solution, storage stability, dispersion of filler and so on.

This includes (i) simulation of the casting processes (hot tearing and as cast structures) applying the Alsim and Alstruc codes, (ii) pilot scale testing of casting and melt treatment equipment, (iii) testing of new parameters and procedures for melt treatment and casting (iv) production of trial orders of new alloys and (v) practical training of casthouse operators (basic for molten metal handling, emergency situations and response, casting principles and trouble shooting, etc.).
Samples were collected along the whole process chain in order to follow the effect of the different grain refining practises on resulting microstructures (particle structures, grain structures).
When the recipe of optimised alloy chemistry is available full scale casting of billets is carried out in the reference centre (Fig. 7a) and homogenised either in the Reference Centre or in an industrial homogenization furnace.

Bamboo can be used for a variety of purposes, whether using the bamboo culm in structures works or using bamboo bundle or bamboo fibers as a reinforcement in composite materials.
Bamboo can be used as a material in both large and small structures for various purposes such as the frame of a residential house, the construction of bridges [6-8], or as a material for interior design and decoration.

The magnetic properties are influenced by electron environments of the Fe3+ ions within the iron oxide structure.
Fig. 4 Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image and the particle size distribution for (a) Fe3O4 NPs (b) Fe3O4@PEG and (c) Fe3O4@PEG-NH2, respectively Powder X-ray Diffraction Fig. 5 shows the XRD patterns of Fe3O4, Fe3O4@PEG, and Fe3O4@PEG-NH2 NPs formed in the reaction, which indicates the peak as cubic phase of the magnetite crystalline structure by .
It can be attributed to the crystalline structures of Fe3O4 NPs as the face-centered cubic (fcc).

The external approaches mainly include application of metal nanoparticles, which changes the local structure, local filed and interaction with active ions.
The merits of sol-gel process lie in that: Based on wet chemical processing, the different species are mixed at the molecular level, such that high homogeneity of the structure and easy incorporation of significant noble metals and Ln3+ ions concentrations (~1020 ions/cm3, for the former case) can be achieved [23], which contributes to control effectively the grain size and morphology of noble metal NPs precipitated from glass matrix and decrease the luminescent quenching of the doped RE ions.

Such features of the microstructural structure of the ceramic layers enable to get a low thermal conductivity on a level approx. 1 W/mK.
However, the second group is constituted by rare earth zirconates of pyrochlore structure and of the RE2Zr2O7 formula [6-10].
In the analyzed case, layers, which are characterized by pyrochlore structure of the Gd2Zr2O7 formula, underwent tests.
This phase in an ordered variety of a phase of fluorite structure and it occurs at lower temperature, where cations and vacancies reveal ordered structure [17].
