These data are useful to compare the effect of the use of a reduced amount of F- on the surface status.
To study the effectiveness of the fluoride concentration to remove the oxide layer, the intersection point between the oxygen and aluminium curves, obtained by plotting the raw data acquired as a function of the sputtered depth, was considered.
Sample Corrosion potential [V] AA_bare -0.740 AA_0.05 -0.744 AA_0.1 -0.756 AA_0.2 -0.765 AA_0.5 -0.788 Summary This paper aimed to study the effect of reduction of fluoride concentration typically used in commercial sulfuric acid products, for the desmutting the AA5052 alloy.
The experimental data obtained from the various tests showed that the concentration of F- in the desmutting solution influences the thickness of oxide layer that can be removed from the surface, the wettability of the material and, slightly, its corrosion rate.

And the data detected by the monitoring block is transmitted to the microcontroller MCU by the RS485 bus.
The data processed by the microcontroller is the command signals on the SPDT switch, which can control the SPDT switch.
Secondly, monitor the state of the batteries, and send the data detected to the PC via serial communication.
For the other, this architecture can bypass the cell default, and connect to the spare cells; in this case, no voltage reduction occurs.

Management level provides data of technology library, device library, jig and fixture library, and other resources management.
The simulation level can realize the simulation and virtual tour of piston production line design, to provide data such as graphics, multimedia, and other simulation results[6].
If the virtual roaming can be realized, complete the scene rendering of piston production line should be completed, and the related hardware (three-dimensional glasses, data gloves, etc.) support, users are allowed to participate in the simulation system and become a part of it The Simulation Case for Study The parameters of each process.

One reason presumably is the lower probability of existence of martensite nucleation sites in this “small volume” of austenite.Another possible reason is the positive interfacial and strain energies that should be created if the small particles of austenite have transformed to martensite, leading to a reduction in driving force (free energy change) for transformation of austenite to martensite.
These data are for samples that were hot-rolled with a simulated coiling temperature of 600°C.
The data are presented as a function of peak annealing temperature.
The data show a ultimate tensile strength and total elongation.

Then the revised empirical equations were proposed by fitting the test data.
The fatigue crack growth rate increases with the propagation of crack, resulting rapidly reduction of remained fatigue life.
Fatigue crack growth rate data are not always geometry-independent in the strict sense since thickness on fatigue crack growth rate are mixed.
The reading interval should try to keep at 0.1mm, and achieve uniform distribution of the data.

Configuration of the tests and sites of the various piezoelectric sensors The AE system DISP from EPA Company consists of 4 acquisition channels with data processing, storage and visualization.
An usual analysis is employed to process the data.
Increase in lubrication (oil) results in a wear reduction and a low AE activity.
AE data are sometimes difficult to analyze and to interpret by traditional analysis techniques.

However, these traditional approaches have their disadvantages when the available data are insufficient to permit estimating reliably the probabilities of release of risk agents or other characteristics of concern.
Case Study The source of data.
The flood risk analysis based on IOSM could estimate the frequency of various levels of flood, which provides an important basis on decision-making for disaster reduction.
According to the measured data, the floods in Longmen station are divided into three levels indcluding ordinary flood (less than ten-year flood), major flood (ten-year flood to twenty-year flood) and heavy flood (greater than twenty-year flood).

Let’s look at the comparison in terms of temperature evolution, process parameters, microstructure and mechanical properties obtained by the collected data for 357 alloy, a typical foundry alloy used in rheocasting.
First, we should recall the earlier data published by Doutre and Langlais [2] with regard to the effect of drainage on the resulting solid fraction and on the temperature evolution in the slurry.
Time parameters for SEED slurry preparation – with and without drainage As stated, the data presented here above is for the alloy 357.

However, these techniques have inherent sensitivity and resolution limitations along with issues relating to system stability and processing of fringe patterns, although computational algorithms for processing the data have been developed.
Instron MAX software was used to control the test machine, and for data capture.
LaVision® Strainmaster software was used for data capture and analysis (conversion of displacement to strain).
Global stiffness is less sensitive to damage growth with dramatic reduction in stiffness occurring near the onset of failure (i.e. last 1-2% of fatigue life).

Fe or Cu can lead to a large reduction in bulk minority carrier lifetime for both p- and n-type solar cells.
This is exemplified by comparing the impact of metal contamination on minority carrier lifetime based on available literature data [3].
The associated metal contamination requirements for Cu and Fe are based on the extrapolation of available literature data.
‘Up to’ means some wafer samples were below the detection limit, metal contamination level on other samples were up to the value indicated in the table. ‘<’ means all data points were below the detection limit indicated in the table.
