Influence experimental study on HPI hydrophobic compound hole plug concrete performance Zhide Huang1, a 1Institute of architecture and civil engineering, Inner Mongolia University of science and technology, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China ahuangzhd-211@163.com Keywords: Gelled material system, chloride ion permeability resistance, hygroscopic property, polymer Abstract.
Experiment Process Experimental scheme Different gelled material system concrete was molded with 450 kg/m3 gelled material, 0.34 water cement ratio (using polymer substitute water isometric in polymer concrete) and 0.42 sand ratio.
Mixing process is that: first put gelled material and aggregate, dry mix 30 s, and then stir 180 s with water and other additives.
Mixed composite gelled material of concrete resistance to chloride ion erosion performance[J].

Clinical studies used numerous antiseptic materials in order to determine their antibacterial properties in dental treatment, but calcium hydroxide proved to be more efficient of them all.
Lately other materials were developed, such as mineral trioxide aggregate, but in a comparative study over clinical cases, it was concluded that in order for it to replace calcium hydroxide, it needs the proof of time and more clinical studies[2].

Table 1 Material properties and mechanical properties of 16Mn and Q235  Material Elastic modulus[Gpa] Poisson’s ratio Density [kg/m³] Elastic limit [Mpa] Yield limit [Mpa] 16Mn 207 0.3 7850 480~520 280~350 Q235 207 0.3 7810 375~460 235 As the table above shows, the two kinds of material has slight differences in all the performances, and therefore, for the convenience of computation, the materials can be denoted as Q235, elastic modulus for 207 GPa, Poisson’s ratio for 0.3, density for 7810 Kg/m ³.
To get a variety of results of topology optimization, the convergence tolerance is set at 0.0001, the percentage of eliminating materials were set at 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% respectively, and the iteration times is set at 50.
Denote the beam material parameters.
