Introduction Nanastructured WC/12Co coating is a kind of important nano-coating materials, which has attracted considerable attention in machinery manufacturing, petrochemical engineering, aerospace, geological exploration and other fields due to its high bonding strength, high rigidity, good oxidation resistance, good corrosion resistance and good wear resistance [1-3].
Diamond cutter is the most commonly used to machining nanastructured ceramic coating material.

The CrMo cast iron sealing material is used to the principal axis seal of the aeroengine.
