Optimal Selection of Construction Schemes Based on Simplified ELECTRE Jingmei Bian1,a Quan Bai2,b 1School of Economics and Management, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, China; 2School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Shenyang University of Technology, China abianjingmei@163.com, bbaiquan@163.com Key words: simplified ELECTRE; construction scheme; optimal selection; sorting Abstract: With the purpose of finding effective method in construction schemes decision-making and improving productivity level of construction enterprises, the application of simplified ELECTRE method in optimal selection of construction schemes was studied in this paper.
Optimal selection of construction schemes for engineering projects is an important mean to solve above problems and it is beneficial to ensure the completing of various construction tasks satisfactorily.
Elimination et Choice Translating Reality (ELECTRE) is considered to be a good multiple attribute decision-making method [6-7] by many researchers and has been used in construction engineering [8-9].
Simplified ELECTRE can solve the problem of construction schemes sorting effectively and possesses satisfactory application value in engineering decision field.

Recent research has also highlighted environmental health and safety issues associated with the release of engineered nanoparticles into the environment [5].
These findings have implication for a range of Environmental Engineering fields including determination of safe setback distances for water supplies/ receptors from septic tank infiltration zones/ sewage outlets/ landfills and filter bed performance enhancement for water/wastewater treatment.

Introduction Adding layer engineering can improve land use, reduce the cost of engineering, strengthen buildings and lengthen the useful life of old buildings.
But the load-bearing structure and foundation cannot support the big load of adding layer, it’s difficult for the users to move or the users cannot stop using the building during the adding layer engineering.
Profiles of the engineering of adding layer The project is a four-layer framework office building.
