Rice straw skin is the waxy structure that contains of compounds, result in poor cohesiveness with cement, the rice straw extract also effect hydration process of cement, which reduced the physical properties and durability of hollow block.
According to the concrete hollow block national standards, often in water or damp seriously important structure, the softening coefficient should not be less than 0.85, while the moisture light or the secondary structure, the softening coefficient should not be less than 0.75, from this standards, when the rice straw amount portion was 10% and mixing Al2(SO4)3, CaCl2 early strength agent, it meets the standards that the softening coefficient of moisture light or the secondary structure is not less than 0.75, In this case, the hollow block could be used.
(3) Adding one kind of early strength agent and mixing CaCl2, Al2(SO4)3 early strength agent, both can improve the waterproof effect of hollow block; when the rice straw amount portion was 10% and mixing CaCl2, Al2 (SO4)3 early strength agent, hollow block softening coefficient was 0.76, water absorption rate was 3.9%, at this time, the hollow block could be used in the moisture light or the secondary structure.

The relationship of the solvent polarity or the conjugation length of the D-A structure with the luminescent properties has been studied by the UV-vis spectra and the fluorescent spectra.
In this paper, we firstly designed and synthesized novel structure of D-A-substituted with triphenylamine-core fluorescent derivatives based on 2,7-dibromo-9-fluorenone.
The emission spectra of 5a-c, 6 showed an obvious red-shift, which was concomitant with the increase of D-A structure conjugation length.
The relationship between the polarity of solvents and the conjugation length of the D-A structure with luminescent properties has been studied using absorption and fluorescence spectra.

Apparently, sintering decreases porosity because of smaller particles joining by diffusion, this sinterization occurs in liquid phase as a consequence of one-component melting, which is responsible for system superficial energy decreasing and for porosity closing, causing structure strengthening during solidification.
