In order to consolidate original structure, high performance fiber reinforced composites are analyzed[2].Through experiment study,steel frame is strengthened by using engineered cementitious composite materials[3].Deep beams are mostly studied to withstand vertical loads, but steel plate-concrete composite deep beam proposed by Hong Zheng aims to be used in buildings to resist lateral loads caused by wind and earthquakes[4].
In the design of steel plate deep beam, the interior stiffeners are necessary for the thin plate but not necessary for the thick plate[9].The experimental results on composite deep beams infilled steel frame show that lateral pre-cast reinforced concrete plate can stop the buckling of steel plate to make full use of the materials [10].In this paper,the influences of stiffeners on the hysteretic behavior of steel plate deep beams are analyzed.
