Abstract.
Introduction X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) is widely applied to determine the chemical composition of the refractory material, and all kinds of refractory material samples are analyzed by XRF in national standard GB/T 21114-2007 (Chemical analysis of refractory products by XRF—Fused cast bead method) [1-4].
Zirconium oxide content is in the range of 30% to 98% in Zircon-Refractory material.

Ferroelectrics materials have played important roles in microelectronics applications such as
capacitors and computer's RAMs.
Many attempts on both theoretical and experimental approaches have been done on ferroelectric materials due to their vast ground in industrial demands [1, 2].
As one of promising methods in modifying ferroelectric materials' electrical properties, doping has drawn many attentions from scientists.
However, after doping, the electrical properties of ferroelectric materials can vary over time for certain duration due to the movement of static dipoles formed by dopants.
The phenomenon is called aging effect, which was discovered that it can improve dielectric properties for certain ferroelectric materials such as BaTiO3 [3].

Many efforts have been devoted to grow high quality GaN materials with metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique, by using the methods of multiple low-temperature buffer layers, thin intermediate-temperature inter layer, Epitaxial lateral overgrowth (ELO), patterned substrate, in-situ mask an so on[5-7].
The realization of high quality nitride laser diodes demonstrated the advantage of epitaxial lateral overgrowth technology in reducing dislocations density of GaN materials (~108 cm-2).

Innovation of new resource development
It mainly includes to open up raw material supply source, to develop and utilize plenty of new materials, to reform the quality and performance of the materials, and to use the new materials or semi-finished products to substitute the original materials or semi-finished products.
After the innovation of craft, the material of the pole became metal and nylon.
The replacement of this series of materials indicates the development of new resource.
