It should be noted that the results are dependent on the approximation to semi-spherical wear scars of the raw data.
It has been pointed out that as sliding distance increase, the area of the contact will change (and generally increase) thus resulting in a possible reduction of the load per abrasive particle with increasing sliding distance.
Results and discussion Sliding distance It is suggested that the sliding distance reduction leads to the wear rate decrease due to the decrease of nominal contact pressure at the specimen surface [12].

The studied alloy were wires produced from the cast AH140 (Trefimetaux), their reference data are: Ms = 255 K; Mf = 226 K; As = 253 K; Af = 275 K.
Reduction of the cycling amplitude to near or under 200 MPa increases the fracture life.
The use of SMA dampers (as shown in Fig. 2 Right) at this reduced excitation amplitude produces a drastic reduction of the oscillation amplitudes in the portico beam.

The reduction of color in HA photodegradation with HA initial concentration of 10 mg/l was treated by a photocatalytic reactor filled with 60 g of glass fibers coated with the catalytic films.
From Fig. 5a), it can be seen that the Sn 3d5/2–binding energy (485.1 eV) of the Sn–TiO2-x is less than the reference data of Sn 3d5/2–binding energy (486.6 eV) reported [7].

These sub-modules are connected by the use of MATLAB, also the inputs (e.g. initial data or parameters) and outputs (e.g. plots and tables) are managed by this way.
Therefore, the simulation shows that the smaller furnaces reach their maximum storage level at several times which causes an interruption of melting production and finally means a reduction of melting capacity.
In consequence of the absolute control scheme, the storage level of the bigger furnaces is reduced on the level of the smaller furnaces which at least causes a reduction of storage capacity.

Crushing and spalling phenomena
About the phenomenon of expulsion of stone portions which constitute the bearing element, it involves a progressive reduction of the resistant cross-section (fig. 5.a) with subsequent detachment of ashlars from the masonry element (fig. 5. b).
Figure 5: a) Reduction of cross-section; b) Expulsion of stone elements; c) Presence of different elements with respect the original material As well known, pulverization is another phenomenon which can amplify the effects of crushing.
In this case, Eb and Ef were assumed equal to 40 and 71 GPa respectively, as indicated by the data sheets provided by the manufacturer.

The reduction was continued while stirring at 50 oC for 1 h.
By analysing the XRD and TEM data, it is possible to conclude that Au crystallite size (dkr) and the average size of Au nanoparticles calculated by TEM are approximately equal.

Several attempts have been made by researchers in order to improve the conductivity of LiNiPO4, for instance, by introduction of carbon coating [2] and particle size reduction [11].
The data obtained were corrected with sample geometry (area/thickness) before analysis.
It requires further enhance by surface coating with carbon and reduction of particle size.

The numerical optimization function based on the Historical Data Design on Design Expert 7.0 version was used to locate the values of independent variables in determining the maximum response value of fresh and hardened concrete properties (CS, STS and FS).
Fig. 3: Effect of W/C and ISN on Compressive Strength Fig. 4: Effect of W/C and ISN on Split Tensile Strength Fig. 5: Effect of W/C and ISN on Flexural Strength The significance of the obtained results led to reductions in steel slag deposit and the cost of concrete, thereby leading to sustainable housing and construction.
Also, the optimum value (28.85% ISN) predicted through the software proved reasonable reduction in granite usage for concrete production without affecting the hardened properties (CS, STS and FS) of the concrete.

Grain growth is driven by the reduction in grain boundary surface area, and takes place via grain boundary migration.
According to above equations, the relationship between the grain size and holding time were analyzed by means of data fitting.
The relationship between and can be obtained by means of linear fit of above datum, as shown in Fig.5.
The experimental data of this paper will be helpful to further investigate the structure evolvement of HAZ for the 12%Cr ferritic stainless steel.
