Generally, the main impurities in zirconium powder which made by metal calcium thermal reduction is calcium, the emission line of calcium is 317.933 nm, while detecting the elements of different emission signal values has less effects by using plasma atomic emission spectrometer[8].
Conclusions The method by using ICP-AES is simple and more intuitive, accurate, and the operation is simple, the data is more intuitive, also shortens the time of testing and further ensure the accuracy of analysis results than the traditional method of testing zirconium content through impure content.
