Apart from optimizing lubrication, the application of new materials is an interesting alternative to increase the boundary speed and life-span of roller bearings for machine-tool spindles.

As in micro turning , cutting parameters is very small, materials will not only has a clear plastic bending deformation, but also a very clear shear slip deformation under the these force.

Abstract
Magnesium Oxychloride Cement (MOC) is an air-hardened material with chemical reaction
between magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride solution.
In order to ensure smooth extrusion process, additives and rheological modifiers were used to modify the rheology behaviors and properties of the mixture and the rheology behaviors of fresh materials were also investigated with upsetting and relaxation tests simultaneously.
