The increase in the activator accelerates the formation of the crystal structure on the surface of niobium.
In this work, three types of oxide structures were formed, namely: nonporous, porous and crystalline.
With increasing concentration of HF in the studied range, there is a general tendency to increase the current density, which indicates the formation of a porous structure of the porous structure in this electrolyte.
