Our XRD analysis reveals a single phase without impurity and confirms the presence of orthorhombic structures with Pnma space group.
Generally, the production process can influence the material’s structure, related to its structure and microstructure.
Typically, t value of 1 will form a cubic crystal structure, t < 0.96 to form an orthorhombic crystal structure, and 0.96 < t < 1 to form a rhombohedral crystal structure [14,15].
All samples exhibit a single phase, as confirmed by XRD analysis, with an orthorhombic crystal structure in space group Pnma.

Oxidation of Manganese-Containing Aluminum Alloys studied by SEM Shawn C Wilson1,a, Anne Kvithyld1,b, Thorvald A Engh2,c, and Gabriella Tranell2,d 1SINTEF Materials and Chemistry, Industrial Process Technology, Trondheim, Norway 2NTNU Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Trondheim, Norway ashawn.wilson@sintef.no, banne.kvithyld@sintef.no, cthorvald.engh@material.ntnu.no, dgabriella.tranell@ntnu.no Keywords: oxidation, aluminum, manganese, SEM Abstract During remelting of aluminum manganese-containing alloys, some industrial experience has indicated a tendency toward increased oxidation losses when compared to unalloyed Al.
These oxidized materials were analyzed in the Scanning Electron Microscope using Energy Dispersive xray Spectroscopy (EDS) both for chemical composition and to analyze the structure of the oxide that was formed.
The oxidized materials were then analyzed in the Scanning Electron Microscope using EDS and Auger microprobe analysis, both for chemical composition and to analyze the structure of the oxide that was formed.

This leads to a conclusion that the PMMA alters the structure of PANI in a similar pattern as was observed with TiO2 nanoparticles.
The amorphous structures may be attributed to either the TiO2 nanoparticles being agglomerated within the polymer network or PANI being formed around the TiO2 nanoparticles.
PANI completely lost its electroactivity with no observable redox chemistry.
