Atmosphere plasma spray (APS) is a promising candidate for the porous electrodes due to its processing characters, and is suitable to rapidly deposit film for almost all kinds of materials [4].
The reduction of the electrolyte thickness aims at decreasing the working temperature of SOFCs in order to increase their life-time (depending on the mechanical and chemical stabilities of materials) and reduce the production costs.

However, the domestic textile materials on the one hand is of inadequate supply, on the other hand, the quality of textile raw materials are hard to meet the requirements of international production, as well as the foreign-funded enterprises are in a large number, thus China need to import large quantities of textile raw materials annually (mainly primary raw materials and semi-finished products) to alleviate the domestic shortage of supply, the result of which is that the continuous growth of China's textile exports draw the continuous expansion of textile imports.
Conversely, a large number of imports of high-grade textile raw materials has further enhanced the quality of China's textiles and garments, and has accelerated the process of advance, upgrading the competition in the high-end market, and thus the development of the import trade has driven the growth of exports trade [1-2].
