Experimental 1.1 Materials Processing Aluminium alloy billet samples of compositions Al-15wt% Zn were prepared by pouring liquid metal into boron-nitride spray coated cylindrical alumina crucibles (inner diameter: 26mm; outer diameter: 30mm; height: 40mm; volume: 15ml).
A cylindrical slug of Al-15wt% Zn was first heated up to 700°C in a conventional electric resistance furnace and isothermally held for 10 minutes.
A slug of Al-15wt% Zn was placed in the same cylindrical alumina crucible inside an induction coil box.

Valenca et al. [4] proposed a method of monitoring for whole concrete surface from crack onset up to failure.
Alam et al. [6] studied the structural size effect of reinforced concrete members on crack width and spacing.
Ge et al. [7] measured crack width with Incircle.
Lu Y. et al. [9] developed an inverse ratiocination for crack identification in aluminum plates by virtue of the ANN technique.

Starting materials included Ti/V2O5/Al/Al4C3 and TiO2/V2O5/Al/Al4C3 powder mixtures.
Zhu et al. [9] synthesized (Ti,Nb)2AlC/Al2O3 in situ composites from Nb2O5, Ti, Al, and carbon black powders by HP at 1350 oC and 16 MPa for 2 h.
Besides, there was a noticeable amount of elemental Al left unreacted in the final product.
Two reaction systems composed of Ti/V2O5/Al/Al4C3 and TiO2/V2O5/Al/Al4C3 powder mixtures were adopted.

Wang et al. [8] describe a part with 98.6 % density obtained with an AFSM120 SLM device.
Finally, Abe et al. [9] present a 88 % dense part and mention cracks without further descriptions.
El” is the heat input, or energy per unit of length calculated using Eq. 2 with “P” the laser power.
In a similar way, “El” inferior to 0,15 J.mm1 and superior to 0.35 J.mm-1 are not examined as VED superior to 130 J.mm-3.
This is in good agreement with the work of Wang et al. [8].

Brusic et al. [19] found that the chemical nature of the polymer backbone, oxidation state and the extent and nature of polymer doping significantly affect the corrosion protection properties of the coated metal.
Polypyrrole (PPy) is one of the widely used ICPs for metals protection; in particular several studies have been devoted to thin polypyrrole film formation on common metals as Fe, Al, and Zn by anodic oxidation of pyrrole.
Aeiyach et al. [27] successfully electrodeposited PPy on zinc and these films showed considerable properties as a primer layer for protection applications.
Iroh et al. [28] found that the presence of PPy coatings significantly increases the corrosion potential and drastically reduces the corrosion current and corrosion rate of steel.
