Grinding is the technology of the machining of mechanical components and materials, in which the material is geometrically off take by indefinable cutting clines of abrasion disc, which separate the particles of surface layers by abrasive grain stored in the bonds of the workpieces, the supporting tool or freely.
The manufacturing process is affected by a large number of factors, which are in the testing laboratories optimized and do not operate on a given process, and therefore do not affect the results of such experiments are compared with the practice of heavily distorted.

Sensitisation towards intergranular corrosion (IC) was achieved by an additional heat treatment at 130 °C with various exposure times and bases on the precipitation of the intermetallic phase Al5Mg8 along the grain boundaries:
· Temper O: Material state according to component state: Rolled and soft annealed
· Sensitised (17 h/130 °C): Corresponding to material state after planned operating time for components exposed to heat from engines and brakes
· Sensitised (500 h/130 °C): Critical condition, commonly not used due to massive IC
The different sensitisation states reveal comparable strength properties (elastic limit: 115-120 MPa, maximum tensile strength: 269-271 MPa) as well as similar fatigue strength properties tested in air [1].
Furthermore the potentials were plotted against the number of cycles for the three sensitisation conditions as shown in Fig. 3.

For complex systems, not only reflected in the number of members of the component and the complex connection relationship, members of the component itself is often complicated, is more simple integration bionic components.
Fig. is said to divide the circle node fine-grained software entity (business activities), each circle edge weight between nodes represents the correlation between two business activities (static/dynamic correlation of the weighted values).By choosing a specific threshold, and USES the graph partition clustering technology, will circle node clustering (i.e., wrapped in a bionic components), get the final collection of bionic building blocks (as showed in Fig. 6 the dotted oval).

The first analysis makes it possible to compute non-stationary temperature fields, phase transformations, hardness or size of the austenitic grain.
Time demands of such experiment is quite high because of higher number of runs and requirement to comply interpass temperature (however simultaneously it is necessary to keep preheating temperature on required value).

Both materials show weldability problems, (e.g. hot-cracking or excessive β-grain growth) solved through Incoloy-Inconel dissimilar welding or He-chamber high-speed welding respectively.

Since these tubes components
withstand high alternating stresses and creep loads, the uniform microstructure with fine grains must
be obtained.

The amount of grain boundaries in such materials is rather high and this fact should not be negated by using the notation "pure c-BN".

There exist a large number of precipitates and a small amount of brittle phase in aged aluminum bronze and beryllium bronze alloy, which can increase the wear resistance and strength of the alloy, but greatly reduces the impact toughness of the alloy.
There are abrasive grains, debris and pits with different sizes on the worn surface, and the furrow on both sides is relatively smooth, showing obviously abrasive wear characteristics for the aluminum bronze alloy.

According to the diffraction of low-energy electrons and atomic force microscopy [10], the films had a disordered, fine-grained or amorphous-like structure.
