It’s necessary to minimize the number of cooling zones so as to reduce the costs, which is one of the principles for secondary cooling zoning, surely provided that the following two metallurgical guidelines are met[6-7]: 1) Strand surface cooling speed limits When the strand is spray cooled in the secondary cooling zone, the rapid cooling will cause the strand surface to be under tensile stress, thereby expanding the cracks that have formed on the surface and creating new surface cracks when the surface temperature is in a low ductility zone.
By applying a pressure to the solidification end of the strand, a suitable reduction can be generated to compensate the solidification shrinkage of the strand, eliminate the internal void formed by the shrinkage of the strand, and prevent the molten steel in which the solute is enriched between the crystal grains from flowing toward the center of the strand, thus making the solidification structure of the strand more uniform and dense, improving center segregation and reducing center porosity[9].

0.0021 Accumulative value 473 0.3318 1 From the table2, found that the total frequency of available period for roadbed filling turning is 473 times, Available period × corresponding frequency / (10×365) is as available probability for 10 years(table2,column3), the cumulative frequency of available period accounted for 33.18% in total, use each available period frequency divided by the total frequency of available period is 473 times as continuous available period probability in all available time for roadbed filling turning (table2, column4), use the semilog regression analysis between the available period and corresponding continuous available period probability, which is shown in figure 1 and formula(1): Figure 1 Corresponding frequency of the filler sunning continuous construction period , ( n = 15, r2 = 0.9505) (1) In the formula above, Y is probability of all available time for roadbed filling turning; X is continuous available period for roadbed filling turning; n is the number

The number and size of grain sand are determined from the sand size distribution (the sand used here is a standardized sand CEN EN 196-1 0.08 /2 mm) and the sand volume fraction in each mortar.

The number of fitting results between those range means that the actual data and the diffraction database shows a good and reliable match.
A higher magnification for the ZnLaxFe(2-x)O4 sample showed that the grains were composed of fine particles with different shapes.

In addition, the fine grain growth orientation of laser cladding layer improves the mechanical properties of alloy, which is better than that of casting and forged alloy.
The experimental optimization design method in this paper can greatly reduce the number of experiments and scientifically find the optimal experimental process parameters.

Once the data on 2 or more irregular-shaped objects has been acquired and the requirements for their optimisation has been determined a number of approaches can be taken.
The methods used in archaeological reconstruction software are not suitable to CAMDAC because they are using very specific clues about the shape and characteristics of each object to find the one correct outcome while CAMDAC relies on contemporary structural stability criteria to find one of a number of suitable outcomes.
Pre-selecting rocks to reduce the problem to a 2-dimensional packing problem makes sense but it does leave a large number of rocks unused.
An advantage of building virtual structures is that they can be tested to destruction under an unlimited number of applied forces and stresses using physics engines or more accurate discrete element analysis.
In addition to the shape characteristics of the virtual rocks in a data-base the colour, grain and texture of the rocks can also be part of the acquired data.

Ash and slag waste generated at thermal power plants during the burning of coal is the most voluminous type of waste, the use of which is related to solving a number of environmental problems.
At a depth of up to 25 m, loess and loess loams with a plasticity number of up to 17 % prevail.
The reason for restricting the use of soils with a plasticity number greater than 14 is the significant labor-intensiveness of their grinding.
