Conservation of the structure and materials of historic masonry walls

Abstract.
The material was commonplace and easily accessible, and was also much cheaper than ceramic materials [1].
In large part, the motivation was to carry out an engineering analysis of the effectiveness of strengthening and also to test unambiguously the utility of the approach for this kind of structure.
