The microstructure and mechanical properties of TA1 in two rolling proess are studied and compared in order to obtain the influence of electropulse on the microstructure and properties of TA1 and provide useful data for production.
While rollers are at room temperature and put through electropulsing, the pulse power source was applied to discharge unidirectional pulses with frequency (f=100Hz), peak current density (Im=80A/mm2) and duty ratio (D=80%), TA1 sheets were heated to 450℃ and synchronous rolled to 1mm at last, reduction in each pass is 0.1mm, roll speed is 10 r / min.

Nanosizing can be referring as reduction of particles down to the submicron size [5].
Data were analysed by an analysis of one way variance (ANOVA) (P<0.05) and the means comparisons by Tukey test using Statistical Analysis System OriginPro 8.

Experimentally, it is rather difficult to apply a prestrain with the conventional tests and very few experimental data exist [4].
On the other hand, Fig. 6 shows that a low equibiaxial prestrain (2% or 5%) can lead to a significant reduction of the formability, especially in the critical zone of the plane strain state in which the major strain presents a minimum.

Graphical response S/N for all three factors ANOVA Analysis Total sum of squares Sum of square is a measure of the deviation from the mean value of the data, [8], and can be calculated with the equation: (4) Where: n – total number of experiments; Yi – value of results of each experiment.

Data from JCPDS-International Centre for Diffraction, the lattice structure of commercial powder LSCF was orthorhombic with space group Pbnm.
The homogeneity of particle of each element was very important for each of the elements functioning well during oxidation reduction process as well as increased the effectiveness of electrochemical reactions that takes part in cathode [7,8].

Fig. 4 Position of sensors in the footbridge plan view Fig. 5 Position of sensors in the – cross section The data was recorded with a sampling frequency of 1000 Hz for 120 s.
Thus, despite the corrosion damage to the prestressing reinforcement, there was no stress reduction in the footbridge and the space stiffness of the footbridge was not damaged.
