In a letter in 1962, Pope et al. [3] demonstrated faint electroluminescence from anthracene crystals, 10-20 mm thick.
The cathode is a Ca layer protected by another Al coating, both thermally evaporated.
The electroluminescence (EL) follows PL exactly with respect to the main peak.
Hence origin of luminescence in EL is the same as in PL.
But, interestingly, PS-4 shows an additional broad EL spectrum which is white in color coordinates.

Puska et al.[4] have calculated the lifetime values of GaSb bulk and obtained a value of 257ps.
Ling et al. [7] have observed positron shallow trapping in positron lifetime study on Zn-doped GaSb, and found the shallow trap was ionized dopant acceptor Zn.
GaSb is an acceptor-type defect in GaSb, and Hu el al. [8] have found this kind of antisite defect acts as positron shallow trap in undoped GaSb.

Attia et al [3] introduces a numerical model for the analysis of contact problems of nonlinear thermal viscoelastic viscoplastic bodies, whose viscoelastic behavior belongs to a class of thermal rheologically complex materials.
Brackbill et al [4] proposed a thermomechanical model for elastomeric materials using the method of anelastic displacement fields.
A thermo-visco-hyperelastic constitutive model, in accordance with the second thermodynamics principle, is formulated to describe the self-heating evolution in elastomeric materials under cyclic loading by Ovalle Rodas et al [5].
It can be noticed that the computed temperature is overestimated, similar to the studies by Boukamel et al [10].
