Thus, the releasability of mold materials can be improved i) by depressing the dissociation of the hydroxyl groups formed on the oxide surface (dormancy of active sites for adhesion of EMCs) and ii) by decreasing the number of hydroxyl groups due to the development of hydrophobicity on the mold surface (diminution of active sites).
However, the surface annealed in N2 at 1300 ºC obviously became rough, and a microstructure with fine grains was developed as shown in Fig. 1(b).

Introduction So far none of the technology has been able to challenge the supremacy of bulk crystalline silicon based cells, which comprise of a number of advantages such as high performance, stability, abundance in nature and non-toxicity.
In brief, during the evolution of Ag nanoparticles on ZnO, the grain of the ZnO thin films were found to increase as reflected in XRD.

Goodness of fitting was calculated from: (6) where and are experimental and calculated equivalent lattice parameters determined using hkl reflections, is an experimental uncertainty of the spacing for the n-th measurement, N and M are the numbers of measurement points and fitting parameters, respectively.
Admittedly the stacking fault effect improves the fit of the theoretical curve (calculated from the chosen grain interaction model) to experimental points.

Not only the number of functionalized hydroxyls, but also the agglomeration degree gave rise to differences in the spectrum as shown in Figure 8 (a).

(b) Decrease in the particle size leads to lower luminous efficiency: According to previous studies, when the size of the luminous particles is closer to nanoscale, the associated increase in surface area results in a large number of atoms to be present on the surface[12].
Based on these hypotheses, it can be concluded that the local distribution of Eu ions and the presence of defects (grain boundaries and dislocation) have an influence on the concentration quenching phenomenon, which tends to lower the luminescence intensity.

The instrument model number is JXA-8230, and the main parameters are: accelerate voltage: 20Kv, Probe current: 30nA, Probe Dia: 1.0um.
It has three main modes of occurrence: ① filling the fractures of feldspar or quartz (especially feldspar) in leaf shape (more euhedral) (Fig.1a); ② filling the fractures or broken bands in fine veins, coexisting with chalcedony veins, or grown in the quartz crystal cave; ③ symbiotically distributed in the quartz grains with hematite.

In Fig.4b, the first numbers in parentheses after θ and γ indicate the radius of θ rod and the thickness of tubular γ; the rest are compositions of θ and γ in weight percent for computation, respectively.
The fine carbide/cementite particles tend to be dissolved during IA, which should enhance the α-to-γ transformation kinetics; whilst these undissolved coarse cementite particles may lead to the reduced C and Mn contents in some austenite grains formed during IA, which then transform to martensite during quenching due to their low stability.
