Comparing with the ITS (the Institute for Telecommunication Science) software’s predicting result, the method is improved to some extent in time availability and SNR in the receiving point.
But the precision of the IRI prediction is restricted to used material time and geographic span, especially Chinese ionospheric measured data are absent, therefore the ionospheric F2 layer prediction error in Chinese region (especially south China) is bigger.
(20) 2 Example Simulation Based on IRI model, the empirical prediction software ITS is exploited by the Institute for Telecommunication Science, used for predicting the communication performance of HF (2~30MHz).

Introduction The enormous increasing consumption of electrical energy, as well as the atmospheric pollution caused by the production of this energy which use raw materials which are non-renewable like petroleum fossil energy, gas, coal and radioactive sources for nuclear, for this purpose, the diversity of energy sources becomes essential, and therefore towards renewable energy (biomass, photovoltaic, wind and hydraulic), these renewable energies contribute to reduce the global-warming effect.
In fact, the electrons loose from their atoms by the solar energy then, it’s producing electricity with flowing through the material.
