At 660 °C, Al melted and reacted with Ti to form TiAl3.
The mass radio of Ti, Al, TiC was 1: 1.2: 2.
The existence of Al2O3 is due to Al oxidized during ball milling process.
At 660 °C, Al melted.

In all structures, hardening mechanisms are created in them by douple aging( 760 oC,24h,FC-705oC,16h,AC) in which intermetallic Ni3(Al-Ti) precipitates along the grain boundaries and inside the grains of austenite.

The formation of Al3Ni intermetallic is consistent with prediction from Al-Ni binary phase diagram, which indicates the co-existence of Al(Ni) and Al3Ni when Al rich Al-Ni alloy is cooled from 1200°C.
Al melt sample compact Model for infiltration.
From the Al rich region of the Al-Ni phase diagram, Al-Ni forms liquid solution at temperatures 6061 Al alloy Al2O3 matrix Ni Al3Ni + Al2O3 Al(Ni) melt + Al2O3 Al(Ni) melt Al(Ni) + Al3Ni unfiltrated region (Al2O3 + pores) Al(Ni) + Al2O3( Al melt Al(Ni) melt that we used for infiltration.
Thus, Al3Ni is formed in Al(Ni) melt.

Mechanical Study on Al-based Composites Synthesized by Mechanical Milling and Hot Extrusion I.
Al based composite synthesis: composites were prepared by mixing Al powder with prepared MG particles in concentration of 0.0, 0.5 and 1.0 wt.% of Cu-MG with the nomenclature showed in Table 1.
Mechanical results are showed in Fig. 4a, it is clear that milled-Al samples present a better performance on stress-strain curves compared with un-milled Al, due mainly to work hardening [[] H.
