The nanonization of herbals has attracted many attractions due to their advantages over conventional micron sized materials.
Pharmacological effect might well change obviously when the medicinal material size is decreased to nanosize [6].

Abstract.
Materials and methods P-type (boron-doped) Si substrates with <100> orientation, 375 ± 25-µm thick, and resistivity of approximately 0.01 to 30 Ω.cm had been used after being cut into 1 cm2 pieces by a Diamond Scriber (ATV RV-129).

At the same time, computer simulation has become very successful research method in condensed matter physics and materials science.
When we speak of the molecular dynamics method in more detail, it should be noted that it provides an opportunity to solve the issues related to the problems of structural energy transformations both in crystalline and non-crystalline materials.
Besides, the alloys with the given structure are the model ones most frequently and are chosen for fundamental research with a view to develop structural and physical basics of creating new structural and functional materials with different unique properties.
