Meanwhile, there are a larger amount and higher intensities of diffraction peaks from a-Zr than from b-Zr. a-Zr with a hexagonal structure represents the low-temperature variety of Zr (P63/mmc, Mg-type structure), while b-Zr with a cubic structure is considered to be a high temperature phase of Zr (Im-3m, W-type structure) [18].
Coating Structure.
It can be seen that the silicide coatings possess similar structures and the same phase constituents as those in the coating prepared at 1250 oC.

Silver does not effect on the infection, but directly on the cell structure.
The latter is a criterion determining in many cases their structure, sizes, physical and chemical properties.
Such a cell structure is typical for many bacteria and other organisms without cell walls, such as cell-free viruses.
In comparison with ionic silver, structured silver is slowly dissolved in body fluids and has prolonged effect without irritation.
Synthesis of nanosized silver particles is carried out by chemical reduction, thermolysis and photolysis, as well as radiation chemistry, using various nanostabilizing materials mainly of synthetic origin: solid matrices, water and organic emulsions, macromolecular solutions [26 – 28].

The service life of reinforced concrete (RC) structures exposed to marine environments or the action of de-icing salts is limited by the corrosion of steel bars.
To predict the service life of a RC structure, and especially the initiation time, a reliable estimation of the critical chloride threshold is required.
Introduction The service life of reinforced concrete (RC) structures exposed to marine environments or the action of de-icing salts is limited by the corrosion of steel bars [1].
In order to predict the service life of a RC structure and in particular to model the initiation of corrosion, a reliable estimation of both chloride penetration and the chloride threshold is required.
