Preparation and properties of PVA/PAAm IPN hydrogels-copper nanoparticles nanocomposites

The structure was confirmed by FTIR: 3440 cm-1 (ν -NH2), 3255 cm-1 (ν remaining -OH or H-bond association of -OH with –C=O), 2930 cm-1 (ν -CH2-CH-), 1651 cm-1 (amide I), 1549 cm-1 (amide I I), and 1110 cm-1 (ν C-O-C).
We can clearly see that PAAm hydrogels have much larger mesh size than PVA hydrogels, which can be used to explain the swelling difference between PAAm and PVA hydrogels, showing that the mesh size or morphological structure has an impact on the swelling behavior.

Introduction
Mo/Cu composite is a mixed structure composed of molybdenum in body-centered cubic structure and copper in face-centered cubic structure, in which the two phases of molybdenum and copper are neither mutually soluble nor form intermetallic compounds.
In addition to common methods such as mechanical alloying and oxide co-reduction, powder can also be prepared by sol-gel method, aerosolization-drying method, mechanothermal chemistry, and plasma spheroidization method [19-22].
The electron diffraction patterns (Fig. 2a, 2c) are calibrated and confirm the matrix in A region is a copper phase facing the cubic structure.
In addition, no Cu0.75Mo0.25 compound phase mentioned in the PDF diffraction database is found in the material structure.
Because the crystal structure types of Mo and Cu are different, it is difficult to form infinite solid solution, so the C region is a finite solid solution.
