It is known that raw materials, any technological process have certain proportions of variability.
Previous studies have shown that there is a functional relationship between the variability of the quality indicators of dry building mixtures (DBM) and the variability of the quality indicators of the input variables (raw materials) [8-10].

Information management system Basic structure of information management system Information management system of TBM construction is composed of 8 parts: system display interface, engineering progress, cutting wheel, screw conveyor, time statistics, materials consumption, single-ring and multiple-rings.
So, information management system is developed mainly to propose a tool or method for user to monitoring the whole process of TBM tunneling and achieving risk prediction and management through the analysis of key parameters and the statistics of main materials.
l The system can make detail statistical analysis on consumed materials during TBM construction, concluding tail grease, foam volume and grouting quantity, then construction quality and cost can also be controlled.
