Introduction
Concrete is currently the largest building materials[1], which is a multi-phase composite material, its strength depends on the interfacial strength of cement, coarse aggregate and coarse aggregate and cement between.

They have been traditionally used as a source of energy, but for the last 20 years, intensive efforts have been devoted to incorporating lignin preparations into useful polymeric materials [3].
However, because it was remarkably difficult to improve the compatibility and homogenous microstructure between lignin and polymer, lignin-based polymer blend materials did not utilized in plastics widely.

It is known that the sol-gel method can be used to obtain pure materials at lower temperatures.
Both materials were dissolved in absolute ethanol and tartaric acid was added to obtain a gel.
From 200 °C up to 300 °C, another weight loss is observed and it is believed due to decomposition of other organic materials.

In this work, machine learning has been applied to predict the tensile strength of the 4D printed materials.
The morphology of the 4D printed materials was determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
The stimuli that can be applied to the 4D printed parts can be in form of physical and chemical interactions, in which the material has to be stimulus-responsive active materials [4].

The XRD verify the formation of the desired sensitive materials.
This high sensitivity can be attributed to the nanoscale structures such as nanorods and nanoparticles, the good choice of materials like ZnO and PbS, the appropriate synthesis process and the quality of decoration and bonding between the ZnO and PbS which have resulted in considerable resistance modulation with the gas exposure.
