This dielectric as-grown crystal has been well documented to be converted into n-type
semiconductor by doping with the donor impurities that represent the III group elements and
subsequent thermal annealing in the reduction atmosphere with a colouration revealed during this
process (Fig. 1) [1, 2, 4].
The density of states in the CdF2 valence band revealed by the I-V fine structure is in a good agreement with the data obtained using the photoemission technique (Fig. 2) [7-10].

Results and discussion
The experimental data is shown in Table 1 and the result will be discussed separately in the following part.
For screw NO.5#, we substitute a group of GFA for the first group of KB, which results in a significant improvement on delivery ability and sharply reductions of the residence time and shear strength, so that the fiber length is the longest one.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of TA1 in two rolling proess are studied and compared in order to obtain the influence of electropulse on the microstructure and properties of TA1 and provide useful data for production.
While rollers are at room temperature and put through electropulsing, the pulse power source was applied to discharge unidirectional pulses with frequency (f=100Hz), peak current density (Im=80A/mm2) and duty ratio (D=80%), TA1 sheets were heated to 450℃ and synchronous rolled to 1mm at last, reduction in each pass is 0.1mm, roll speed is 10 r / min.
