Although, some researches were found on the abrasion resistance of HPC [31], however, these researches are very limited in number and were conducted using the ASTM C-1138 to simulate abrasion due to frictional forces.
The aggregate of the HPC mixtures was totally composed of one type of silica sand that has a grain maximum size of 200 micrometer and a bulk dry density of 1500 kg/m3.

Among the large number of semi-conductors catalysts, TiO2 catalyst has been experimented due to these advantages, such as stable chemical properties, low cost, non-toxicity and slight solubility [7].
The grain size grows to the micron level so as to induce the sites for photocatalytic activity of the samples.

The hardness of rock, the size and content of some mineral grain (especially the ones of high hardness such as quartz) decide the abrasiveness of rock.
Following measures can be taken to deal with blocky rock (Table 1): Table 1 The measures against blocky rock Issue Suggested TBM Solution Cutterhead profile Flat, shallow Cutter spacing Spacing/penetration ratio 10-20 Number of cutters (for φ10m) 60-65 Disc diameter 17-19 inches Cutter layout Double spiral, impact protections Cutterhead shielding Shield required (distance from face 12.5cm) Buckets Peripheral Rotation speed(forφ10m) 155-190m/min Speed control Variable Operational Reduce thrust and speed in blocky rocks 2.1.2 Squeezing ground and corresponding countermeasures Squeezing ground is formed by a reduction of the tunnel cross section that occurs as the tunnel is being excavated due to the high convergences of the tunnel walls in bad rock under high ground stress.

Sarah sand because of less dust, environmental protection and good fluidity and a good number of the product cavity is extremely complex and higher value-added products used in manufacturing enterprises.
This also prone to sticky sand defects within the cylinder, for which we have adopted a more fine-grained dry sand to tap a single shape, to obtain a more ideal casting product quality, as shown in Figure 16.

Compared the binding energy and the amount of charge transfer during the binding process of NO2 and surface Sn in Table 1 (A2 and A4), Table 2 (B3 - B6) and Table 3 (C1 - C7), it could be summarized that, oxygen chemisorbed at Sn sites (A2, A4, B3 - B6) resulting into less number of available free Sn sites and less amount of charge transfer.

The objectives of this study were: - first, to oxidize a number of boiler steels in a water environment at a temperature of 650°C with exactly the same exposure procedure - then, to determine their corrosion performance by using several current methods of evaluation.
Experimental In this study 13 steels belonging to 4 different families of steels depending on their chromium content were tested: - the well-known 9%Cr boiler steel : T91 -10 ferritic steels with a 10 -12%Cr content, including 3 commercial steels: T122(0), X20T, X20U and 7 experimental alloys: B, C, E, FI, FL, GI, GL - a 13% Cr content martensitic steel: 13Cr - one fine-grained austenitic steel, TP347FG The chemical compositions of the studied materials are presented in Table 1.
