Through filling different reinforce materials into the matrix material, it is possible to improve the performance of polymer materials to meet the needs of different engineering areas[1-2].
And now the research of PEEK polymer materials has became a hot topic.
It has been widely used as an important reinforcement of composite materials in many practical engineering fields [10-11].
The reason lies in the lower thermal expansion coefficient of carbon fibers, which restrains thermal expansion of PEEK composite materials.

If choosing a big ratio of height to span, although we can enhance the stability of the bridge, long arch rib materials will also increase the bridge cost.
Conversely, if choosing a small ratio of height to span, although short arch rib materials will reduce the bridge cost, the stability of the bridge is decreased.

The polymer-based propellant is a typical viscoelastic material.
Two experimental methods, quasi-static extension and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), are commonly used to measure the relaxation properties of the viscoelastic materials [3-5].

Introduction Nanometer technology changes with each passing day, nanometer material science is also unceasing and progressive.
Nanometer SiO2,as one of nanometer materials, its preparation method emerges continuously, such as Sol–gel technique, the vapor deposition, precursor, intercalation polymerization, and supermolecular self-assembly techniques[1-2].
Now, the high purity spherical nano-silica which is used in our country was almost importation, and its application scope is also extended continuously, such as materials of electronic encapsulation, photonic crystals, catalyst supports, accurate ceramic material, rubber, coating material etc[3].

Shrinkage and creep is the inherent properties of concrete material, and the material is developing with time [4].
In order to analyze the effects of shrinkage and creep affecting performance of concrete structure properly, the mathematical models of shrinkage and creep that can reflect the actual situation of materials should be chosen.
