Abstract.
According to “Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering JTG E20-2011”, it introduced the centrifugation method to measure asphalt content in asphalt mixture, and used Abson method to reclaiming asphalt from the asphalt mixture, and then its penetration degree, softening point and ductility were tested.
In this paper, it adds the old material with 100%, 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%, 0% into the new compound in turn to design AC-16 reclaiming mixture, adopting single grading to adjust the gradation of reclaiming asphalt mixture, for which can put into effect step by step in practical engineering.

Abstract: Establishment of earthquake elusion and dispersion layout is an effective way to reduce seismic damage. This paper takes Weifang street in Shanghai as a case to study the planning of evaculation during earthquake.Firstly,we divided the demonstration zone into six evacuation units, introduced calculation steps and statisticed the effective areas of seismic refuge , width of routes for evacuation.Secondly, the population to be evacuated were counted according to the results of Earthquake-resistant capacity of urban residence. Finally,we made a comprehensive evaluation on the ability of evacuation when demonstration
